Subprocessor Information

This page lists the third party providers that process personal data on behalf of Content Swarm Limited in order to deliver the service.
Every provider listed is bound by data protection terms that require it to protect personal data to the standard applicable law requires.
Unless stated otherwise, transfers outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as incorporated in each provider’s data processing agreement.
Not every provider listed processes every category of data, and some are used only for particular features or customers.

Changes to this list
We will update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor.
Customers under our Data Processing Agreement receive at least 30 days’ notice by email before a new subprocessor begins processing, and may object on reasonable data protection grounds. To subscribe to change notifications, email support@contentswarm.io.
