AI Provider Information

Content Swarm uses one AI model provider: OpenAI. We do not send customer data to any other model provider.

Comment generation. System instructions, the LinkedIn post text or text retrieved from a LinkedIn URL you supply, your selected tone and length, and any example comment you provide.

Post and reshare generation. The requested type, length and any example you provide.

Performance reports. Swarm name, usage totals and LinkedIn performance data.

Internal error matching. Error type, message, source, path, method and summaries of existing issues. This is used to detect duplicate error reports and does not involve customer content.

For interactive comment and post generation, we do not add your name, email address or LinkedIn profile fields to the prompt.

Text you supply can itself contain personal data. Please do not put confidential information, special category data, or personal data you do not need, into prompts.

AI output is a draft and may be inaccurate or unsuitable.

You review and can edit any generated content before using it. In the Chrome extension, a selected comment is placed into LinkedIn’s own editor and LinkedIn receives it only when you click LinkedIn’s post button.

We do not use AI to make automated decisions about individuals that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects.

We will update this page if we add or change a model provider, and will notify customers in line with our subprocessor change process.
