PRG Success Story
The Challenge
At PRG, we produce a constant stream of high-quality content including blogs, podcasts, white papers, interviews and events. These are designed to support the specialist communities we work with, but for a long time, that content wasn't being seen widely enough. Most of it stayed on our company pages. It wasn't reaching the consultants' networks, which meant we were missing out on key opportunities to build brand visibility and thought leadership. The marketing team spent a lot of time asking people to engage or reshare posts, but it was rarely consistent and often forgotten. We needed a way to simplify that process and encourage wider involvement across the business.
Our Solution
We started with a small trial to test how Content Swarm would fit. Straightaway it was clear that it worked because it didn't feel like a new system to learn or a task to add to someone's day. Consultants didn't need to log in anywhere or manage yet another dashboard. It simply slotted into how they already worked. That ease of use made a big difference. One of the reasons previous rollouts failed was because they created more admin which Content Swarm did not. The support from the Content Swarm team was also excellent. They ran several training sessions, adapted the rollout to suit different teams, and made sure everyone understood the value. Their approach meant adoption was high across the business, which is rare when introducing new tools.
Key Results
- Since launching across the group, we've seen much stronger engagement across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- More consultants are sharing content regularly. Their posts are attracting more likes, comments and profile views.
- Our content is now reaching further into relevant networks, not just sitting on our company page.
- There's also been a noticeable cultural shift. People are more engaged with what we are producing and more confident about sharing their own insights.
- For the marketing team, this means far less time spent following up or trying to drive engagement manually.
The main difference with Content Swarm is that it actually gets used. It's not something people need to remember to open. It removes the friction that usually stops people from sharing content. We've also been impressed with how responsive the team has been. They've made the whole process easy and worked with us to make sure it landed well with our people. It's helped us close the gap between content creation and real reach. We're now getting the visibility and engagement we should have had all along.
