The Challenge
Content Swarm is an app designed for B2B content marketers using LinkedIn to increase visibility and sales. The challenge with LinkedIn is that content must gain traction within the first 24 hours to achieve visibility. Due to the overwhelming volume of content, valuable posts can easily get lost. To maximize visibility, posts need significant engagement (likes, shares, and comments). Typically, companies rely on employees to advocate for their content, but this method presents several challenges. Employees receive content alerts (via Slack, email, or LinkedIn), but engagement tends to happen all at once, which LinkedIn detects as unnatural, limiting visibility. To optimize exposure, engagement must be staggered over time, but companies often lack the patience to ensure this happens. Automated engagement is against the policies of LinkedIn, requiring some manual interaction.
Our Solution
Content Swarm helps by ensuring real user interactions while managing engagement timing. For Ascent Group, a company of 60 employees, they started with 20 employees using Content Swarm (rest were on furlough).
